SERVICES OFFERED
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Perhaps you're grappling with anxiety, perfectionism, or the lingering effects of past traumas; perhaps you're caught in a loop of unsatisfying relationships. Or maybe you’re simply yearning for a deeper sense of self. Individual therapy can help you navigate the complexities of your emotions and relationships.

In our sessions, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to uncover your inner wisdom and challenge unhelpful patterns. You’ll gain clarity on your goals, get to the roots of your struggles, and develop strategies to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Ultimately, this process will empower you to cultivate stronger relationships, overcome obstacles, and lead the life you want.

I’ve seen firsthand how a strong therapeutic relationship can unlock incredible potential for growth and healing. If you’re ready to embark on that journey of self-discovery, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
COUPLES THERAPY

Relationships are a bit like a dance: sometimes graceful, sometimes clumsy, but always a reflection of the connection between two people. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply seeking to enhance your bond, couples therapy can help you find your rhythm again.

No matter how much two people love one another, you're still two unique personalities with different childhoods, beliefs, views on money, values, and identities coming together to create something wholly new - your relationship. Working on communication will give you tools to more effectively convey your wants and needs and well as receive those of your partner.

Unlike individual therapy, couples therapy involves a more structured approach where I'll take an active role in guiding the conversation. Your relationship is my client, and I’ll remain impartial, always acting in its best interest. By witnessing and addressing interactions in real-time, you’ll gain the opportunity to experiment with healthier ways of communicating and relating – all while receiving support and feedback.
SPECIALTIES

ANXIETY

Racing heart, your stomach in knots, having difficulty getting a breath – believe it or not, this is your mind trying to “help” you by protecting you from imagined threats. But it’s exhausting. By identifying and confronting your distorted thoughts and irrational beliefs, by examining past experiences and unconscious conflicts, we’ll build confidence in your strengths and strategies for navigating your feelings and facing stress effectively.

PERFECTIONISM

Your relentless pursuit of flawlessness often leads to anxiety, depression, procrastination, and burnout. You might avoid challenges where success isn’t guaranteed, robbing you of chances to grow and to enjoy new experiences. And with each success, the bar is set even higher, leaving you worried you’ll never measure up – no matter how much you achieve. We’ll work to understand the insecurities that drive these patterns and their origins, helping you learn that “something beats nothing, two times out of three."

DEPRESSION

Everyone feels low now and then. But sometimes it can be a persistent emptiness that colors every aspect of your life, and finding joy or motivation becomes a struggle. Often, depression is actually anger turned inward – anger about the world, relationships, or systemic injustice. Together we’ll explore those deeper roots, processing emotions you may have long suppressed, rebuilding your capacity for joy, meaning, and authentic self-expression.

IDENTITY DISCOVERY

Who are you, really, beneath the masks you wear for friends, family, and significant others? You might take on the characteristics of whoever you’re with, lacking confidence in your own opinions, or make choices to please others rather than yourself. Therapy offers a space to explore your values and experiences, helping you to internalize a stronger sense of self, so how you live reflects the person you are today.

OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS

You overthink everything and spend more time replaying the past or worrying about the future than being in the moment. These racing thoughts feel uncontrollable and intrusive, hijacking your mind. The more you fight them, the harder they fight back – because you’re fighting yourself. Our goal is to explore the underlying fears behind these thoughts, work on acceptance and mindfulness in the present, and free you to focus on what really matters.

HEALTH ANXIETY

You’re tuned into your body – too much. Every sensation might signal serious danger. Reassurance rarely helps; you wonder if your doctor did the wrong test or you didn’t properly convey your symptoms. Whether stemming from childhood loss, past health scares, or general hypervigilance, this constant worry can significantly impact your well-being and ability to function daily. Together, we’ll work on shifting from negativity to neutrality, accepting uncertainty, and helping you live without persistent fear.

TRAUMA/CPTSD

Lasting emotional and physical imprints of overwhelming past experiences often make you feel on guard, avoiding reminders, or struggling with shame and powerlessness. Whether from a single event or long-term patterns, trauma can shake your sense of safety, self, and ability to navigate emotions and relationships. Together, we’ll work to understand your body’s responses and work with your emotions rather than against them, with goal being to recognize that whatever’s happened to you, you’re safe in the here and now.

THERAPY FOR CREATIVES

As a writer, artist, or musician – professional or aspiring – you constantly expose your inner world to external judgment. This vulnerability can lead to creative blocks, imposter syndrome, or paralyzing fear of criticism. You struggle to balance authenticity with pressure to please audiences or meet market demands. Our work will be to explore the roots of these challenges, often tied to early experiences and internalized expectations, and to cultivate resilience in the face of criticism – all while staying true to your artistic vision.

THERAPY FOR THERAPISTS

Some of my most rewarding experiences have come from working with other therapists, whether still in training or already working in the field. You have the insight to understand many of your own patterns... but that doesn't make changing them any easier! Sometimes, a fresh perspective can illuminate blind spots or repressed issues you haven't seen. This is your opportunity to process your own experiences and growth areas, enhancing both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.
