EXPERT CONSULTATION
As a former psychology professor, I continue to offer guidance on master's theses, dissertations, and coaching pre-licensed psychologists on statistics and research methods for the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).
THESIS DEVELOPMENT
Drawing from my experience supervising graduate theses and publishing peer-reviewed research, I offer specialized support for Masters and PhD candidates navigating their dissertation journey. While I primarily assist with research in Personality, Clinical, and Social Psychology, I understand the unique challenges of scholarly research and can provide strategic consultation at any any stage of your process - from refining your research questions to strengthening your methodology. Through collaborative discussion and constructive critique, I help you sharpen your academic arguments, enhance your research design, and develop your scholarly voice. Please check to see if your research might be a good fit for this service.
EPPP COACHING
Stats and research methods don't have to be your stumbling block on the EPPP (and don't take the advice to skip them entirely - you need every point you can get!). With my background as a statistics professor and my own success on the exam, I specialize in making the most intimidating sections approachable and conquerable. Whether you're someone who "hates stats" or just needs a bit of a brush-up, I actively enjoy transforming these challenging subjects into manageable material. I also offer strong support in social psychology. Understanding how daunting the EPPP can be - especially on first attempts - I provide targeted coaching that addresses your specific areas of concern while building the confidence you need to succeed on exam day.
